Module 2 - Multimedia production


This module highlights the spectrum of possibilities for higher education professionals from do-it-yourself (DIY) approaches to creating professional-quality multimedia content.

Is this module for me? This module is for anyone looking for insights into production approaches & settings in other Higher Education institutions. Also, video/audio production principles (mainly aimed at non-experts).

About TransACTION!

The TransACTION! project on Media and Learning Design for European Higher Education brought together partners from Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and Belgium, all involved in supporting media-based learning initiatives and activities. The primary goal was to develop and scale up effective media-based learning strategies and resources in Higher Education. The TransACTION! team created a range of practical methods and tools to support the effective use, adaptation, design, and application of multimedia teaching formats. Key outputs include:

  • Co-creation Framework for enhancing and promoting Media and Learning Design in Higher Education.
  • Open Online Courses on Media and Learning Design
  • Hub for Co-learning Media Resources for Higher Education
  • Training Activities on Media and Learning Design in Higher Education
  • Recommendation Report on strategies for Promoting Media and Learning Design in Higher Education (will be made available soon).
